Here's how the process works – step by step
Step 1: Order online
Add this product to your cart for each racket you want to have strung. You can order multiple rackets at once – each will be strung individually according to your specifications.
When placing your order, you provide the following information:
- Brand of your racket (e.g. Yonex, Victor, Li-Ning)
- Model name (e.g. Astrox 99, Thruster K 9900)
- Desired Yonex string from our range
- String tension in kg (e.g. 10kg, 11.5kg, 12kg)
- Optional: Special requests or comments in the comment field
Step 2: Order shipping label (optional)
If you don't already have your own shipping materials or would like to make things easier, you can order our shipping label for €9.90. This label is valid for both outbound and return shipping and covers all clubs in one package – so you only need one label, even if you're sending multiple clubs.
You will automatically receive the shipping label by email after completing your order. Simply print it out, stick it on your package – done!
Without a shipping label: You can of course send your racket to us yourself if you already have packaging material. You will receive the shipping address in the order confirmation.
Step 3: Pack the racket securely
To ensure your racket arrives undamaged, please pack it carefully:
- Wrap the racket head with bubble wrap or foam (ideally leave it in the racket cover)
- If using multiple rackets: Tie them together so they don't move against each other.
- Use a sturdy cardboard box and fill any empty spaces with packing material.
- Label the package "Caution, fragile"
Step 4: Drop off the package
Take your packaged parcel to a branch, parcel shop, or parcel locker of your choice. When you book our shipping label, your racket is insured during transport.
Step 5: We string your racket
As soon as your racket arrives, we inspect it for damage and place it in the queue. Our experienced stringers then string it with the utmost care and precision. Each racket is checked again after stringing before being packaged.
Processing time: Your racket will be strung and on its way back to you no later than 5 days after we receive it. Usually, it's even faster – most rackets are processed within 2-3 business days.
Step 6: Received back freshly stretched
Your racket will be securely packaged and sent back to you. If you book our shipping label, the return shipping is already covered – you don't have to worry about a thing.
As soon as your racket arrives, you can get straight to playing on the court!
Availability
Our online upholstery service is currently available to customers in Germany and Austria. We ship exclusively within these two countries.
Processing time
You will receive your racket back freshly strung no later than 5 days after we receive it. This timeframe includes:
- Incoming inspection and quality control
- Professional upholstery (2-3 working days)
- Shipping time back to you
During periods of high demand (e.g., during tournaments), slight delays may occasionally occur. In this case, we will proactively inform you by email.
Your data
Your data may be shared with third parties for order processing purposes. These include:
- Shipping service provider
- Partner stringer (during high demand)

Practical tips
Multiple rackets at once?
If you want to have several rackets restrung, this is especially convenient: simply add the product to your shopping cart separately for each racket and enter the respective details. You can then ship all the rackets in one package and only need one shipping label for €9.90.
Example: Having 3 rackets strung
- 3x coverings at €24.90 each = €74.70
- 1x shipping label = €9.90
- Total: €84.60 (instead of sending 3 items individually)

Is a tournament coming up?
Please allow approximately 7-10 days lead time (including shipping time to and from the customer) so that you receive your freshly strung racket back in time.
